These terms govern your use of Zesimer and the purchase of our travel eSIM data plans. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or buying an eSIM from Zesimer (operated by Qovex Studio), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What you are buying
Zesimer sells prepaid eSIM data plans. Each plan has a defined data allowance, validity period, and country or region coverage, all shown before you buy. Our eSIMs provide mobile data only; they do not include a phone number for calls or SMS.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 years old to buy from us. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. We use one-time email codes instead of passwords, so please keep access to your email secure.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and any applicable taxes or fees are displayed at checkout. Your payment is charged at the time of purchase. Your eSIM is delivered electronically once payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery and activation
Your eSIM and QR code are delivered instantly to your email and account after purchase. A plan's validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in your destination, not at the time of purchase, so you can buy in advance.
6. Refunds and cancellations
If you have not installed or used an eSIM, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Once an eSIM has been installed or any data has been used, it is non-refundable. If a plan fails to work due to a technical fault on our side, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
7. Device compatibility
It is your responsibility to confirm your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before buying. We provide a compatibility list to help. We cannot refund plans bought for incompatible or locked devices once the eSIM has been installed.
8. Acceptable use
Our eSIMs are for personal use. You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the eSIMs without our written permission.
- Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
9. Service availability and coverage
We work with leading network partners to provide reliable coverage, but mobile networks depend on local infrastructure and conditions outside our control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific speeds in every location.
10. Intellectual property
The Zesimer name, logo, website and content are owned by Qovex Studio and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or use them without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the website. Continuing to use Zesimer after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will always try to resolve any dispute with you informally first. If that is not possible, disputes will be handled through the appropriate courts in our jurisdiction.
